Tina Freese Decker
President and CEO Corewell Health
Tina Freese Decker is President and CEO of Corewell Health, a Michigan-based integrated health system with more than 60,000 team members, 21 hospitals, and 300+ outpatient locations, along with Priority Health, the third-largest provider-sponsored health plan in the country. A native Iowan, she joined Spectrum Health in 2002 as an administrative fellow and rose through roles including president of the Spectrum Health Hospital Group, chief strategy officer, and chief operating officer before becoming President and CEO in 2018. In 2022, she led the merger of Spectrum Health and Beaumont Health to form Corewell Health. She holds a Bachelor of Science in finance from Iowa State University and master’s degrees in health administration and industrial engineering from the University of Iowa. She chaired the American Hospital Association Board of Trustees in 2025.
