Head of Rule of Law & Legal, and Human Rights at the EU Special Representative Office in Kosovo

Jarmo is passionate about his work with legislation, human rights and gender, coordination and consolidation of the support he provides his team for the Kosovo Institutions together with the EU family.  Jarmo enjoys the beautiful nature of Kosovo, hiking in the mountains and exploring nature.  He also exercises with Consept2 rowing ergometer and studies languages.
