Quint Studer is a nationally recognized healthcare leader, entrepreneur, and bestselling author who has spent decades helping organizations improve performance and culture. He began his career as a special education teacher before moving into hospital leadership roles, eventually serving as president of Baptist Hospital in Pensacola, Florida, where his focus on patient and employee experience earned national honors.
