She studied business and finance and initially pursued a corporate data career before realizing her true calling was entrepreneurship and creative leadership in her family’s trade. As her mother’s partner in the retail side of Susan Blake Jewelry, Blake modernized the company’s operations, implementing data-driven systems, improving inventory management, and building a stronger online presence while maintaining the brand’s handmade, small‑batch ethos. After her mother’s passing, she stepped fully into ownership, honoring that legacy while expanding the business. Under Blake’s guidance, Susan Blake Jewelry has grown from its long-standing Armonk, New York store to additional locations in Delray Beach and Miami, Florida, reflecting her vision to blend intimate, boutique service with thoughtful, scalable processes. She is passionate about preserving the “soul” of a small, family business—personal attention, custom design, and craftsmanship—while embracing technology, search visibility, and streamlined workflows that make it easier for customers to discover and engage with the brand.
