Mark Cuban
Mark Cuban (born 1958) is an American billionaire entrepreneur, investor, and television personality best known as former majority owner of the NBA’s Dallas Mavericks and a longtime “shark” on ABC’s Shark Tank. He made his fortune building and selling technology companies, notably MicroSolutions and Broadcast.com, before expanding into media, sports, and venture investing. Cuban has become a prominent voice in U.S. healthcare, co-founding the Mark Cuban Cost Plus Drug Company to lower prescription drug prices and advocating for systemic reforms to improve transparency and affordability in the healthcare system.
